Day 1

Arrive in the morning to the small town of Puerto Iguazú.

Afternoon: visit to the hummingbird  garden.

Day 2

Today you’ll spend the whole day in the national park on the Argentine side of the falls. In the morning you’ll have a private guided walking tour of the upper and lower parts of the Iguazú river. After lunch you’ll set off in a truck to a jetty where you’ll join a group to board a boat and head down the river, dodging rapids, to explore the waterfalls from the water.

Day 3

Morning: private guided tour of the national park on the Brazilian side of the falls and visit to a mini reserve for orphaned birds.

  • Price includes – All accommodation: double standard rooms – please enquire if you require single accommodation. All activities and transfers, with a private English speaking guide, mentioned in the itinerary – the only excursion that is not private is the boat tour of the falls.  All entrance fees. All local tax.
  • Price does not include  – International flights to Argentina. Food & beverages. Transport to Misiones. Bank charges. Personal medical insurance (compulsory). Any visa fees and extras such as tips, laundry etc.

Notes

  • Only children 12 years and over can do the boat tour mentioned in the itinerary, however there is another version for smaller children.
